These Terms will apply to any contract between us for listing a business and/or events on our websites.

Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before agreeing to any listings on either of our websites.

Listings & membership

All new Listings for either www.somersetday.com or www.shopsomerset.co.uk will be checked before the Listing goes live on the Website. This is so we can check that links are working, and proof-read content for spelling & grammatical errors.

We only list events and businesses which are based in Somerset

You may be asked to verify the origin of any products that your business sells in order that we can state whether they are made in Somerset.

We aim to approve all Listings within 48 hours of receipt. If there are any problems with the Listing we will contact you on the email address that you provided.

It is your responsibility to update your Listing should any information change and you must inform us immediately by writing to info@somersetday.co.uk.

We reserve the right to reject any Listings that we do not deem appropriate for our sites. In this case any monies paid would be refunded in full.

If you wish to cancel your listing at any time you must notify us in writing at info@somersetday.co.uk.

Membership

Individual membership of Passion for Somerset is free, but you can also make a donation to support the work we do.

Details of individual memberships are maintained by Passion for Somerset and are confidential and not publicly available.

 Business membership is from as little as £120 plus VAT and business members and will be listed on our website and in other publicity material.

 It is your responsibility to update your Listing should any information change and you must inform us immediately by writing to info@passionforsomerset.com.

 We reserve the right to reject any Listings that we do notdeem appropriate for our sites. In this case any monies paid would be refundedin full.

 If you wish to cancel your listing at any time you must notify us in writing at info@passionforsomeret.com.

Payments

Where membership is charged for we accept online payment viaStripe.  Stripe, may store credit cardinformation and other information provided during checkout, for billing andpayment purposes, and to process your transaction. Passion for Somerset  never sees, collects, or stores your creditcard details on our servers.

 Passion for Somerset may contact individuals confidentially to request information from buyers to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable law.

 We may contact you for additional security purposes if necessary. Your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of any order.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error free.

From time to time there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

While every effort has been made to portray images accurately, slight variations may occur and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
