A celebration of the rich cultural, social, architectural and industrial history of our lovely village to celebrate Somerset Day.

A village-wide programme of history and heritage-based activities at various locations around the village, including the Town Hall, Church House, the Chapel Museum, The Tippling Philosopher, the Organ Museum and St. John’s Church.

An exhibition of maps of the village spanning over two hundred years, including our very own gigantic tithe map of 1839 in all its glory.

The day will be heralded by the church bells as a team from Southampton come to ring at the Church of St John the Evangelist.

Please check our website for full programme details.
