Come join us for a fun-filled day at Aller Recreation Ground celebrating Somerset Day 2025!
Bring your family and friends, and your own delicious picnic for a relaxing afternoon at the Rec. Bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks provided by the Pound Inn.
King Alfred themed craft activities for children, recently revamped adventure playground and the Langport Mummers performing their play about King Alfred and his arch nemesis, Guthrum the Viking!
It's the perfect way to spend a sunny day outdoors with your local community celebrating Alfred's defeat of the Viking army and Guthrum's baptism at Aller Church.
