One of Somerset’s leading Holistic Health Centres, The Sangha House, Taunton, has joined Somerset Day as an Official Partner. Based in the centre of the County Town, The Sangha House is a mindfulness based Holistic health centre offering a wide range of treatments, therapy and meditation.
Andy Spragg, who with his wife Denise established The Sangha House in 2016, said “Society is becoming more and more stressful, and life is getting tougher - part of what we do is about reconnecting with ourselves and with other people. The Sangha House is somewhere where people can come and make friendships. The core of what we do is mindfulness and that means being aware of what is going on around us. We look forward to working with Somerset Day and Shop Somerset to support our local businesses and communities”
The Sangha House will be working closely with the team at Somerset Day and Shop Somerset, said Founder of Somerset Day, Nigel Muers-Raby, “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome The Sangha House as official partners. They share our belief in their desire to support Somerset’s communities, organisations and independent businesses and we look forward to working with them to celebrate Somerset as a place to live, work, play and learn”.
The Sangha House joins some of the county’s leading businesses and organisations including Evosite, Thatchers Cider, Somerset Larder, Haynes International Motor Museum and Godminster Cheese amongst others.
