With the Somerset Day celebrations now just four months away, a brand new website for Somerset Day has been launched.
The new site, designed, built and hosted by Ohana Studio, reflects the message behind Somerset Day, which is to inspire and empower communities and businesses and all who live and work in Somerset to share a passion for Somerset and to encourage them to celebrate all the county has to offer.
Commenting on the new site Nigel Muers-Raby, Somerset Day CEO and Founder, said “we wanted the new site to champion the economy, history, heritage, beauty and culture of Somerset and to promote opportunities for everyone across this diverse county to be engaged and to be proud of Somerset. We believe the new site does just that and are looking forward to the next chapter in the growth and popularity of Somerset Day”.
Ollie Brown from Ohana Studio said “I have been lucky enough to be involved with Somerset Day since it started eight years ago and I am thrilled to now be able to help them take the next step in their journey with our company becoming a Somerset Day Strategic Partner”.
Somerset Day is run by the not-for-profit Passion for Somerset Community Interest Company and is celebrated annually on the second Saturday in May.
