Merchandise Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy

This section together with our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website.

These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our website. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms.


We accept online payment via Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, and by a direct link using a fully protected, secure, payment gateway. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website.

We may contact you for additional security purposes if necessary. Your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of order. 

Product images & descriptions

While every effort has been made to portray our products accurately, slight variations may occur and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. 


Prices are as set out on the website. we are not VAT registered.


We are confident you will like your purchase, however, if the item is not suitable we are happy for you to return it to us.

This will only apply if the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging and is returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst they are in transit to us.

Returns will need to have postage paid.  Should a refund be requested, the original postage and packing charge will not be refunded.  We process returns as soon as they are received, but during busy periods there may occasionally be a delay.  Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.  cheques can only be made payable to the original issuer. 

Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK orders only)

This regulation replaces the distance selling regulations and applies if you buy online or by phone and then wish to cancel your order.  This regulation only applies when you cancel the whole order and not for partial returns (which would come under our standard returns policy].

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually get the goods back to us. Your order must be returned in full including paperwork and packaging.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the products more than was necessary.


For items in stock we aim to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of your order.  Post and packing for deliveries made within the uk is free. 


We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions contained in our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered online, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
